- 1 scoop protein powder chocolate or vanilla
- 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder optional for chocolate flavor
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice stevia, honey, erythritol
- 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
- 1 egg or egg white
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 tsp nut butter optional for extra creaminess
In a microwave-safe mug, mix protein powder, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
Add milk, egg, vanilla extract, and nut butter (if using). Stir until smooth.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. If needed, cook in 10-second bursts until done.
Let it cool for 1-2 minutes before eating.
