  • 2 pieces Persian Cucumbers Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt For dressing
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Dill Chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice For dressing
  • To taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly, leaving the skin on for added texture.
  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing and toss gently to coat them evenly.
  • Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes

Optional: Add a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of crushed walnuts for an extra layer of texture.
