For the Gouda and Apple Grilled Cheese

  • 2 slices Brioche bread For a sweeter profile
  • 1 tbsp Butter (softened) For spreading on bread
  • 2-3 slices Gouda cheese Creamy and mild
  • 4-5 slices Thinly sliced apple Adds sweetness
  • 1 tsp Honey For drizzling

Instructions
 

Classic Gouda Grilled Cheese

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place the Gouda between the unbuttered sides.
  • Cook on medium heat until golden and gooey.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Smoky Gouda and Chicken Grilled Cheese

  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Layer smoked Gouda, shredded chicken, and Dijon mustard (if using).
  • Grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.

  • Butter the bread and layer Gouda, apple slices, and a drizzle of honey.

Notes
