- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 4 slices Gouda cheese
- 4 slices Muenster cheese

Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread (butter-side down) in the skillet.
Layer with 2 slices of Gouda and 2 slices of Muenster.
Top with another slice of bread (butter-side up).
