  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Added to lemon butter sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes For rich tomato-based sauce
  • 1 cup soy sauce Used in the soy sauce glaze
  • 2 tablespoons honey For sweetness in soy sauce glaze

For the Unique Sauces

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter For Thai peanut sauce
  • 1 cup coconut milk Creaminess in Thai peanut sauce
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder For Indian curry sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt For Mediterranean garlic yogurt sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation of Sauces

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat for garlic butter sauce.
  • Add in sautéed mushrooms and cream to make creamy mushroom sauce.
  • Combine soy sauce, honey, and garlic for the soy sauce glaze, then heat gently.
  • For Thai peanut sauce, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, and coconut milk.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with garlic for the Mediterranean sauce.

Serving Suggestions

  • Pour your preferred sauce over cooked chicken and rice.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Try adding Gouda cheese for an extra rich flavor. Store leftover sauces in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
