Ingredients
  

For the Biscuits:

  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 can apple pie filling

For the Glaze:

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • 2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits
  • Flatten each buttermilk biscuit slightly to create space for the filling.
  • 3️⃣ Add the Apple Filling
  • Spoon 1-2 tbsp apple pie filling onto the center of each biscuit.
  • Be careful not to overfill to prevent spillage.
  • 4️⃣ Bake
  • Arrange biscuits 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  • 5️⃣ Make the Glaze
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • 6️⃣ Drizzle & Serve
  • Let biscuits cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle generously with glaze.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence!

Notes

  • For extra texture, chop up the apple pie filling into smaller pieces before using.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days
