- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the vegetables and mince the garlic.
- Layer in Slow Cooker: Place the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add chopped carrots, potatoes, and onions on top.
- Add Liquids: Pour in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Drizzle with olive oil.
