- 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
