- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Boil sweet potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes).
- Drain and mash with butter, milk, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon juice.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
