- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can apple pie filling
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits
- Flatten each buttermilk biscuit slightly to create space for the filling.
3️⃣ Add the Apple Filling
- Spoon 1-2 tbsp apple pie filling onto the center of each biscuit.
- Be careful not to overfill to prevent spillage.
4️⃣ Bake
- Arrange biscuits 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
5️⃣ Make the Glaze
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
6️⃣ Drizzle & Serve
- Let biscuits cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle generously with glaze.
